Our Story

Behind the counter on Sandy Plains Road.

Labella’s is a New York–style pizzeria on Sandy Plains Road in Marietta. One idea runs the whole place: a great slice needs nothing but good flour, slow-fermented dough, real mozzarella and a hot oven.

Every pie is stretched by hand and finished with a sauce made from whole tomatoes. Nothing sits under a heat lamp waiting for you — it goes in the oven when you order it.

Come in for a slice at the counter, call ahead for a whole pie, or bring the family in. However you eat with us, you get the same pizza we’d make for our own.

How we make it

Slow-fermented dough
Mixed the day before and left to rest, which is what gives the crust its chew.
Whole-tomato sauce
Crushed by hand, seasoned simply. No paste, no sugar.
Cooked to order
Nothing sits waiting under a lamp. Your pie goes in the oven when you ask for it.
